THE COMPANY

The story of GOLD-KICK began as a club in the top league asked Mr. Max Urscheler to re-structure the club and get itself back into good financial shape. Driven by his love for football and the desire to succeed, our Director, a born business man, took up the challenge.

He understood how to bring a winning mentality to the team, with intelligent and psychologically important discussions. This created a successful "troop" in a short time, under the motto: "I fight for you and you fight for me"!

The first rewards came within six months in the form of the first championship title in the history of the club! He was able to celebrate a number of cup victories and championship titles with the players of this club.

During this time, Max Urscheler met a number of important people in national and international football. He actively maintains these contacts today and such contacts are invaluable for GOLD-KICK and its athletes.

After these successful activities in the club, he stepped down and was named as an honorary member.

Since he had now become an important, indispensable and trustworthy contact person for the players many athletes asked him for advice! Soon, Max Urscheler conducted all contractual negotiations and provided advice to the players regarding their professional development, with great success! Everyone involved was happy and satisfied - the sporting and financial success was significant!

This brought the players into much closer contact with Max Urscheler and upon their requests to plan their carriers he founded the company GOLD-KICK in 1991. He was one of the first in the world to be awarded the then recently introduced FIFA licence.

As Max Urscheler's management was very successful, the players became the best advertising for GOLD-KICK. It was necessary to recruit new employees (see section: "Our Team")

The company soon became the manager of many players in the national team and these footballers are legends - still today.

GOLD-KICK is one of the first companies in Switzerland which focuses on the professional management (not just the transfer) of its footballers. We have two offices in Switzerland, which are manned six days a week.

GOLD-KICK is very well connected across all the continents and is responsible for the management of players from all cultures. GOLD-KICK works with the best partners, in all other areas which are important for top sportsmen (see section: "Services"). Through these partners, we can guarantee highly professional advice and support in all areas - around the clock. In this way, the player can devote all his energy to his career under the knowledge that he can achieve his goals.

Thanks to our high quality negotiating capabilities, our athletes can also achieve the best possible results financially. Unfortunately, a sporting career is limited in time and, therefore, the money which a sportsman earns is a vital factor.

Even after 44 years of business experience, Max Urscheler stands by his employees and players at all times with advice and deeds. He is present during each career planning and at every contractual negotiation, always with the goal of achieving the best possible results for each player.
